Mozy (www.mozy.com) does something similar, except that it's for osx as
well (in beta). Point is: I explicitly *don't* want my data on someone
else's server, especially not if those servers are located in the US of
A. I value my privacy higher than that. 

Looking over Mozy's features, though, they look like a veritable iFolder
clone. This reduces iFolder -- unless it comes out in full regalia very
very soon now -- to an also-run. Which is a $%^& shame, considering that
it was actually the first of its kind.
