I wiped my machine again and re-installed fedora core 7. Then I added the fedora 7 repo and did a yum install ifolder3-server-svn. Here is a report.
The RPM does not specify xsp as a dependency and it should. Running /admin worked!. Clicking on servers tab and then the host name gives a UriFormatException exception (see below). I created a user and downloaded the latest windows client binaries on the ifolder.com wiki but could not log on as that user or admin. I got a "unable to check for passphrase" error complaining about a UriFormatException". Then it brought up the passphrase dialog box. The client machine was windows 2003 server. Here are a couple of suggestions. When the client throws up an error messages perhaps it should do it in a text box so that I can copy and paste it. Why does the client tell me that I need to reboot my server after I install it? I thought .NET was supposed to get rid of this kind of thing.
