Apparently Dropbox is developing an Android client. As smartphones and
netbooks, pads, etc start to pick up steam on the Android platform,
for Simias and iFolder to stay relevant, it will take developers for
iPhone, and Android, to help take this project to another dimension.
Server side data storage, same folder for all your clients.
The more I am using iFolder, I am really pleased with how easy it is
to sync my data. I can turn any folder into an iFolder and back it up.
Very nice.
I turned my Dropbox folder into an iFolder and back it up too. Now my
Dropbox is my iFolder/iFolder.
I have a 70 gb soon to be 100 gb VPS with my Simias server, and I am
hoping to upgrade that to a 1 TB soon. Everything in the cloud is
getting closer to reality for me.
