be interested in the job of a lifetime. I'm looking for experienced
MMORPG players who are over 18, speak English, French or German
fluently, are EU citizens and have the desire to play games all day

Here it is: For every candidate you direct towards me and he or she is
succesful. I will pay you 100 euro per successful candidate!
My suggestion: place it on a couple of forums or (even better) send it as a
newsletter to all users from Ireland and ask them to send you an email if
they're interested. If so you forward the mail to me (so I know I'm supposed
to pay you!). I in my turn recruit them and if they're successful I'll pay
you the amount of 100 EUR times the number of successful candidate. This
could result in a max of 2000 euro max.
