You may have heard whispers. You may have heard rumours. You may have heard
nothing. At last, we can break our secrecy and let you know about the most
special of Special Events planned for Leprecon 28: The musical that cannot
and must not be staged, "A Shoggoth on the Roof", will be taking place in
Goldsmith Hall during Leprecon for two full performances!!

In his house in R'lyeh dead Cthulhu lies dreaming - but he shall awaken!

For those of you who don't know (shame on you!), "A Shoggoth on the Roof" is
a cult musical parody of "Fiddler on the Roof" based on the works of H.P.
Lovecraft. Featuring shoggoths, deep ones, byakhee, Great Old Ones and even
greater musical numbers, this insane travesty of a musical tracks the occult
happenings in Arkham, Massachussetts as witnessed by Professor Henry
Armitage and his three daughters.

With this fully-sanctioned first EVER English-language performance of
"Shoggoth", with an all-new lawsuit-free musical score, we hope to make
Leprecon 28 a truly memorable experience for all who attend!

Expect madness, horror, death, comedy, and an appearance by Great Cthulhu
himself!

Also, for those who just have to experience the madness firsthand, we will
be holding auditions for "Shoggoth" on Saturday the 18th November at 2pm in
the Players Rehearsal Room on Trinity College campus, and would like to
invite anyone with singing/dancing/acting interests who lives in the Dublin
area to please attend. Bring a song you've prepared and let the voices in
your head take over! For more information, contact Stephen on
