Q-Con XIV | 22nd to 24th June 2007 | QUB Students' Union

Q-Con is the annual Gaming Convention hosted by Dragonslayers, the
Queen's University Belfast (QUB) Gaming and Anime Society.  This year
sees Q-Con enter its fourteenth year and we will be taking over the
entire QUB Students' Union for a weekend of gaming and anime fun, from
the 22nd to 24th June 2007!

Competitions, tournaments and games at Q-Con XIV will include:

- DCI Sanctioned Magic: The Gathering
- UDE Sanctioned Yu-Gi-Oh, World of Warcraft and Vs.
- Star Wars and D&D Minis
- Dungeons & Dragons, Call of Cthulhu & Vampire
- RPGA Living Greyhawk
- AT-43, Warhammer 40k and Warhammer Fantasy Battle
- RINIWA DBM Trophy

Our Console Arena will feature:

- Gears of War
- Resistance: Fall of Man
- Halo II
- Tekken 5
- Singstar
- Super Smash Bros.
- Mario Kart Double Dash
- Wii Sports

We also have Qnightmare, our re-creation of the cult classic TV show
Knightmare, which will give you the chance to guide your friends
through our interactive computer generated dungeon. We will also have
a PC LAN area, with games including Dawn of War: Dark Crusade and
Company of Heroes. For anime fans we will be showing many popular
titles including series unreleased in the UK and Ireland in our Anime
Screen, as well as theatrical Anime screenings in the Queen's Film
Theatre.

Q-Con also has a wide selection of other games and events over the
convention weekend, with more Role-playing Games, Board Games, LARPs,
War Games, Collectible Card Games, Console Games, Special Guests,
Anime Screenings, Special Events and much more!

For those who pre-register a full weekend ticket for Q-Con will cost
just £10/€15 or £5/€8 per day.  Accommodation is available for just
£15/€23 per night. Q-Con t-shirts are available for £10/€15 each.

It is cheaper to pre-register, so get to it!
