He's talking about a little something called http://www.letschangethegame.org, a competition, backed by Cancer Research UK, to design and run a new ARG (Alternate Reality Game). You get to run a game *and* fight cancer! You don't have to be in the UK to enter and the initial required blurb is about 500 words. You do need a team of at least three people.
