There've been a few. Crucible Games published 23rd Letter, SpaceNinjaCyberCrisis XDO & Qabal, that I can remember right now. Wasteland produced STOCS and the few settings books, all of which are still available online here - http://www.iworg.com/waste/ Alan McNevin's Dark Obsidian also qualifies. There are others, but that's the initial haul that my brain is bringing up right now. B.
