I can't connect to updates.redhat.com now (it seems to be down), so I
can't verify this. However the logs say that this night's rsync
process of the redhat mirror has completed successfully. Maybe this
guy accessed the mirror in the evening, when the RPMs have already
appeared on Red Hat's site but our nightly mirror process hasn't got
the chance to download them yet.
In any case, the mirrors are in a grave situation -- we're down to 12
MB of free space in /mirror, and the debian mirror has already started
to fail because of this. I've already cleaned most of what I can clean
(such as the redundant CPAN mirrors under the Red Hat mirror). I'll
have to start removing other mirrors. I'll remove thew cygwin mirror
right now.
