and then mails all of them (each in private, to look as if its a directed
mail) for various commercial suggestions.
not - this was a commercial spam - they want you to pay money for their
service. and i've got similar letters many times - if you had an alias
that receives email sent to many domains, you'd have gotten that in many
copies as well.
