Hebrew Announcements

I had enough from posting Hebrew announcements on IGLU. If for every message I need to start bugging people "why isn't it in", I prefer not to post at all. It happened a few months ago, and it happed again. From some reason, I didn't even received a message that there are problems, though there should be since it's visual Hebrew.
