That doesn't strike me as Spam, and it seems the developonline web-site is
not a hoax (at least its front page looks serious).
My suggestion is to post an announcement about it on the IGLU front page.
I can do that, but I want to know first that no-one objects to it, and
that no-one else will post something there.
