According to the MDK rsync:

The primary host is carroll.cac.psu.edu. We however, mirror everything
from download.sourceforge.net. I noticed that download.sourceforge.net was
not always up-to-date with latest Mandrake security updates and as a
result neither was iglu.org.il.
Can we change it to what Mandrake recommends?
