recap: mirror partition on linux-il was re-created from scratch after old
one vanishing.
changes: mandrake mirror is operational (including 'updates' for many
versions, and 3 ISOs for mandrake 8.1).
current state: Mandrake, LDP, kernel.org and debian-non-US mirrors are
operational.
