With all due respect to actcom (and respect is due!) not all people are
connected there.

This would help, but I'm not sure there is such a high demand for that. It
seems that there are enough servers at the moment around the world (see my
recent post to linux-il). Although I can also note that currently only
linux-il has a decent israeli archive (ivrix-discus's archive is
non-searchable, and most others are archived at mail-archives)

Keep in mind that the main problem with the current server is lack of
programmers willing to enhance it.
