Hi,
I am not able to do a full analysis of exactly what should and can be
done. I have done the following:
A. Upgraded apache and PHP from the RPMS (they were RPM installed to
begin with - just did rpm -Fv from the local mirror of the redhat update
site).
New versions are:
apache - 1.3.22-0.6 16 Oct 2001
php - 3.0.18-8 27 Feb 2002
I also had to disable lines 245 and 292 of httpd.conf to get apache to
start after the change (disabling php3). That is all I have time for at
the moment. If anyone wants to pick up the task from here, please let me
know.
