They are stored in one monolithic file that has all the Zope data. I don't
know what its exact format is. It's something that is specific to Zope.
You may be able to Python-them out of there if you study Zope a bit.

The problem is that Chen, who sat up Zope in the first place is not
responsive any more regarding the web-site. Moshe Zadka, who is
supposed to be a Zope expert - I did not hear from him online for quite a
long time, and he used to be quite active.

Zope is an architecture, and therefore very difficult to handle than a
set of standalone do-what-you-need scripts.
