CVS is a useful tool when you are already accustomed to it. I figure that
the site's source should be eventually available on the sourceforge
project's CVS. ("eventually" == sometime *before* it becomes the main page
of iglu)

No need to over-design :-)
This is not a big project (I believe), so enough comments in the code to
make it readable, and a reasonable README that will also describe how
things work will probably be enough for now.
