the 'IGLU' serve (for Israeli Group of Linux Users) is hosted for free by
our ISP, actcom (as you could see on our front page), so i think questions
regarding the level of service we get are a little irreelevant. this is
not to say that we have any problems with the stability of the service -
we're just not a commercial for-profit body, so we haven't conducted a
check regarding to quality. it looks good enough, and we say 'thank you'
for getting it in the first place.

well, you could refer to the ISP (be that actcom or another ISP) and ask
to get a price quote. i presume most ISPs have deals specific for web
hosting, which take into account the fact that a web server causes much
more outgoing traffic (from the web server outside) then the other way
around. or i didn't understand you properly.
