It seems that using wget (or lwp-download) on www.linuxhq.com causes a 403
Forbidden HTTP error. I have no idea what it happens, but after trying to
see if the new version of wget solves the problem (it does not) I switched
this particular fetch to lynx -source.
Now everything seems to be in order as far as the "Latest Kernel" box is
concerned.

BTW, strangely enough curl also works fine with www.linuxhq.com. I
contacted the webmasters about this.
