Okay, I finally got my act together and re-enabled the KDE mirror (which was disabled for lack of space some weeks ago). The exclude list is now selective-include instead of selective-exclude, which means that: a) new versions won't be automatically added, but I'm usually notified; b) KDE's main site would no longer surprise me with unexpected 1GB additions to the mirror. All in all, KDE 3.1 should be there in a day or so. Thanks for reminding me.
