Quite frankly I did not expect the rulebase to be this long. If someone can think of ways to shorten the rulebase - that's one.
The idea behind this rulebase is to allow the minimum of incoming communication, but also to allow the minimum of outgoing communication. If someone sees an obvious problem with the concept or the implementation - that's two.
If someone sees an obviously wrong service open, or another major problem (as Nadav said).
