I suggest we wait two more days. By that time we will probably know 
what's up with the new server.

I think a better line of upgrade would be to install the new server, 
move almost everything there, and then upgrade the old server and have 
it do only mirroring. This way we upgrade our hardware with no downtime.

If, in two days, we still don't know anything about a new server, I'll 
say go ahead with upgrading iglu.
