/var is 95% full
When looking for some space I noticedthat /var/log has 1.5GB . And
actually:
# du -sch /var/log/{xferlog.1,xferlog,messages,secure,wtmp,wtmp.1}
516M /var/log/xferlog.1
293M /var/log/xferlog
113M /var/log/messages
109M /var/log/secure
60M /var/log/wtmp
31M /var/log/wtmp.1
There seems to have been some partial log rotation on around 1-Jul (was
it manual?)
Any idea why those logs are nt rotated? Any reason why they shouldn't
be? How long bak should each log be kept?
