There is no redhat mirror on beak. There is one on linux.israel.net (an actcom server), and I don't see the use in having two mirror within the same ISP.

iglu -> mandrake

Yes. Maybe it's indeed time that I delete the Mandrake mirror from beak.

all content of "the other distro" should be deleted. this can save some space on each server.

what do you think?

I'm trying to do something even more ambitious. I want each distro to have a "distro.linux.org.il" address, under which it will have a constant consistent relative address. So, debian will be found at "http://debian.linux.org.il/pub/mirrors/debian";, redhat at "http://redhat.linux.org.il/pub/mirrors/redhat"; etc. This way, we can shuffle mirrors around without disturbing users.

Of course, it requires quite a bit of coordination of different bodies (and no, I'm not talking about hamakor and IGLU - those have not been a problem so far. I'm talking about Hamakor and Actcom, Netvision, etc.). I was also thinking of doing "actcom.debian.linux.org.il" etc., for cases where different ISPs have different mirrors.
