The bandwidth I get from mirror.hamakor.org.il is my maximal ADSL
bandwidth (90KB/s). From iglu.org.il OTOH, I get much much lower.
Why? And what are we going to do about it? Is it Actcom's fault? Is
iglu.org.il being DoS'ed?
