Several people complained about the poor state of the Jobs database. So
today, I'm taking some time to revamp it. Note that one person (who is
CCed to this message) said a system he wrote in Python can effectively
replace it. So I say: show me the code! (or at least before I do).

Stuff I'd like to change:

1. Incorporate a modular way to fetch the date.

2. Create a better look and feel, with standards compliance and
accessibility in mind.

3. Make a Preview for the ad display.

4. Write a cron job to disable old entries.

5. Format the records more nicely, instead of the <b>field</b>: value that
exist now.

6. Use blobs for the text.

7. Possibly make use of suitable CPAN modules. (Tangram,
HTML::Template, Template Toolkit, CGI::Application -  others?)

Writing a BitKeeper replacement is probably easier at this point than getting
its license changed.
