The exclude list is stored in ~mirror/conf/mandrake.list. That's a list
of rsync-formatted exclude wildcards.
It seems that we mirror the ISOs manually (probably by leeching from a
nearby Israeli server). The rest - rsync should do.

Judging from the logs, though, I think the mirror site we use
(carroll.cac.psu.edu) is simply not reliable enough to pull the entire
(pretty large) update from it. Maybe we should change to a different
rsync source.
