Auto-reply with "Please subscribe or use web form (url) to submit your request." seems sensible.
Don't continue if it causes you too much hassle. It's better to have a clear response, even if not so friendly, than a lagging response (or plain ignoring unmoderated messages cause you don't have the time/nerve).
