Not quite my good friend. If you'd run the PoC on a non-readable ELF binary, what do you think is going to happen ? In any case, that PoC is related to only ONE of the bugs found in the kernel and if it works then your kernel is vulnerable. It's as simple as that.... Now, true, there is no known exploit that will allow you to elevate privileges but the way is paved for those who wish to write one.
