When spammed by a private business, we know that that business should be
boycotted from now until it gets bankrupted.
Since this is a governmental body, what can be done to discipline them?
1. Informal survey about their actual effectiveness - i.e. if someone's
business works with them, how helpful are they? If not, then can
discontinue membership citing the spam as one of the reasons.
2. Demand for apology from the guy (S. Gelfand) and his boss. Maybe the
guy should be fired due to very poor judgment?
3. Complaint to the state comptroller (mevaker ha'madina).
4. Link exchange programs (like the one he is trying to run) nowadays
are typically proposed by crooks - so a complaint to the police with
request for investigation whether the guy is not doing anything improper
and just exercised very poor judgment - may be in order.
