Is there a need for iglu.org.il as a news page?

What other functions should it provide?

Currently the page has:

* main bar: latest news headers
* headers:
  - no logo.
  - search bar
* left bar:
  - links box 1: LUG Resources
  - events box
  - Links box 2: Israeli resources
  - various boxes at the botom
* right bar:
  - latest news headers
  - a poll about postnuke
  - A login box
  - Older articles
* Various boxes at the bottom:
  - a special box to link to a mirrors page
  - Latest kernel versions
  - Links to sponsors
  - Main postnuke menu

* footer:
  Some unstyled free text: "copyrights" and "powered by".

Has there been any use for a multi-user system since the system was
set-up? Or is it enough to set up a system with one administrative
account for publishing news? So far there seem to be quite a few
user-submitted material. But this is still possible with a simple
"submit" form.

The current code emmited by PostNuke seems rather ugly tabled-based code
with much inline styling and such.
