1) mod_python was installed by shlomif per my request. I wanted to experiment with it for the python site, but did not get to it, and it does not seem like I'm gonna have any time for that in the near future. (so for now you can remove if it's too much trouble)
2) The specs shlomif pointed to say it has 4 slots for 100Mhz SDRAM. current 320M of mem is probably 64+128+128 or 64+256. So we have one or two free slots. Probably most SDRAM's you'll find in shops nowadays are 133Mhz (but I believe 133 chips can work on 100Mhz boards too - or can't they?). Quick browse in Plonter shows a new (133Mhz) 256M card costs 300-400 Shekels. You can probably get a used one at half price, e.g. at HWZone's trade-zone. Also, maybe someone on Linux-IL can donate some old SDRAM (many people have old memory lying around useless...) 3) Larger swap might be a good idea indeed - how much free/unpartitioned disk we have?
