A mirror admin (in the past, myself; nowadays, Lior) also usually
appreciates some idea about the total size of the mirrored site, and
whether there are parts which can be excluded.Sometimes, we can even get
official mirror status (which is handy, since then you appear in the
Cygwin Setup program as a package source) without wasting space on
unpopular sections of the mirror.
