Beak and Eskimo are managed by a group of people. Each one has his own
responsibilities. I would prefer if in the unified server, we will also have
some different responsibilities.
I originally posted an earlier draft of this proposal to iglu-web, where some
people commented it. I decided to post it to iglu-web and to here to gain
some publicity.
Note that the original message posted here, was still a draft, which wanted to
garner some comments. I suppose I got them, and we also got a donation of a
nice server machine, which will hopefuly prove useful.

That's what I wanted. I should note that I talked about it with Dotan on the
phone, asked him if I can post this draft here and he said that it's up to
me. It was my decision to post it here for transparency.
I thought Nadav behaved perfectly well in asking me questions about the
hardware requirements. It is possible I over-exaggerated in my requirements,
and it's good to have some devil advocates.
