Dele Williams,
Chairman,
Presidential Economic Advisory Committee,
National Assembly Complex, Abuja.
Nigeria.

Sir,

It is my pleasure to write you this letter on behalf
of my
colleagues. I have decided to seek a confidential
co-operation with
you in executing of a deal hereunder for the benefit
of all parties,
and hope you will keep it confidential because of our
positions in
the government service.

I have the co-operation of my colleagues to source for
a foreigner
whom we can present as a special economic consultant
and adviser to
the presidency. This will enable us pull funds
(between US$40,000 and
US$250,000) in form of consultancy fees and monthly
salaries from the
presidency and pay to you as a consultant to the
Federal Government.

Arrangements have been worked out by the committee to
perfectly
include you (on agreement) in the payroll of the
presidency alongside
other consultants.

Should you be willing to do the deal with us, we
propose that on
receiving the salary/consultancy fee, 20% shall be for
you while the
remaining 80% shall be for my colleagues and I.

All administrative procedures have been properly
arranged and taken
care of to make this deal fail proof and undetectable.
This deal
itself is 100% safe, provided you treat it with utmost
confidentiality. I have reposed my confidence in you
and hope that
you will not disappoint us.

I will oblige that you keep this information very
confidential, as
the success of this deal depends largely on this and
your full
co-operation.

For security reasons, kindly notify me by e-mail via
[EMAIL PROTECTED],
alternatively you could call me on my direct line 234
803 3197913
upon your acceptance of this proposal.

Much Regards.
Dele Williams
