My environment is Python 3.2, igraph 0.6, and Windows 7.
The following code creates an empty file:
fg = igraph.Graph.Full(10)
fg.write_graphml("gf.graphml")
I have tried opening a file directly but that has the same affect.
Does anyone have any ideas of the reason for this?
