Hi, How large are your networks and which language are you using igraph from? If the networks are relatively small and you are working from R or Python, the measure can simply be calculated by implementing Eq (5) in the manuscript using straightforward matrix multiplications. I can give it a go if you are indeed working from R or Python and your networks do not consist of more than a couple of hundred vertices.
