I set up https://launchpad.net/~igraph/+archive/ppa for my amd64 computer running ubuntu 13.04. However when I attempt to install igraph I get.
The following packages have unmet dependencies. libigraph0 : Depends: libgmp3c2 but it is not installable Is this a problem with the ppa or my local setup?
