Hi, it seems that you can install it from this PPA, if you really
prefer apt-get install:
https://launchpad.net/~marutter/+archive/ubuntu/c2d4u/+index?field.series_filter=trusty&batch=75&memo=825&start=825

But the usual way is to start R, and do
install.packages("igraph")
