Hi,
I have a weighted undirected network, which is correlation network & some
of the weights are negative. When calculating graph knn using foll. command
graph.knn(g1,vids=V(g1),weights=TRUE)
I am getting foll. error :
Error in .Call("R_igraph_avg_nearest_neighbor_degree", graph, vids - 1, :
At structural_properties.c:5649 : Invalid weight vector size, Invalid
value
Even I am not able to calculate some of the basic graph properties. Any
suggestions on this, will be appreciable. Thanks,
