Hi, If the average degree is k and k is even, you can use sample_pa(n=..., m=k, directed=FALSE). If the average degree is not even, you can use sample_fitness_pl() instead, e.g.:
N <- 10000 k <- 5 g <- sample_fitness_pl(N, k*N/2, 2) T.
