I don't believe this is possible. The Host-Header-Name in IIS is a
literal, not a regex.
However...
If all of the sites are bound to the same IP address and no other sites
on that server listen for that IP, then you can just bind to that IP and
be done with it. No messing with the HHNs needed :)
