Ok, take a look at ensim also , I run it on a linux platform but it is also
available for PC.

Yes it uses Bind. It installs it with the application. I still have it in
testing stage at the moment so i cant vouch for the control panels
stability, but i have heard good reports. Beware though that this version
does not yet support dns synch with other remote nameservers. This is due to
be added in the next patch.
