On this page, there are binaries available for Mandrake. Try
downloading them and double clicking?

If you want to try from the console, go to the directory where you
downloaded the file (I'd suggest downloading to your desktop and
running "$ cd Desktop" in the console).

If I remember correctly, the command for installing rpm packages in
Mandriva is urpmi. So,

# urpmi <name of the rpm file you downloaded>

This should do it. And of course, you need to be root to run the above
command, so do run "$ su" just before running urpmi.
