Making a packet scheduler or having reverse proxy (tunnel) via a
intermediate node which is common from two hostel, for example either a CSC
node or a vindy node, it possible to make any type of communication between
any non-connected hostel node. Valknut advertise requests(for source and
destination and ), You need to learn advertisement protocol or method and
modify that such that all such communication goes via this tunnel.
