you can copy from IIT internal repo.
You will surprised to know that you can buy "Linux DVD/CD" from Nehru Place.
Even I was able to get Fedora 9 and suse latest version at Nehru Place. At
Nehru place you can find many "software CD" road shop where you can find any
software at "pirated price". Try you luck or atleast demand for such CDs ,
so that supply can come into picture.
