Hi, Request your suggestions on topics/sessions that you would like to be addressed on a forthcoming, prospective FOSS embedded/hardware workshop at IIT-Delhi, probably, the first weekend of April, 2009. Here are some suggestions [1]:
1. i-want-2-do-project. tell-me-wat-2-do-fedora. This will address communication, mailing list, and project guidelines. 2. Badam Halwa of Embedded Systems. This addresses some basic concepts in embedded. 3. C for embedded. 4. gEDA, gschem to PCB (gschem, pcb) design 5. Analog design (gschem, ngspice, qucs, et. al.) 6. Digital design (Alliance, GTKwave, verilog, et. al.) Or, if you have any specific topics, please feel free to suggest. I would also like to know the students familiarity on embedded (basic/intermediate/advanced).
