1. The discussion mentions ongoing work with Symbian as well as
bringing Linux kernel community to Nokia. They already have people
working with N800 and N810 handhelds.

Linux supporting a phone, depends on its support to the relevant
hardware. Symbian has nothing to do with it!

2. The article is nearly a year old! Things are different now with
Symbian, after Nokia decided to make it Free/Open Source.
