Gajendra , Mayank and et al  i see numerous requests from folks on
this forum for downloads and bandwidth limitation woes , do you see
solutions like this

My observation about students in general is they grab the latest and
greatest from web just for one reason of ie: there Hardware not
working or some eye candy feature once installed they forget and get
over to the next distro  , They don't realise they have lost an
opportunity to learn and contribute by not facing the issues and
trying to solve them.

from what i understand  Foss Lab server will be more than sufficient
for dev needs , toaster is one idea which i think will be more apt in
your scenario.
